Hello group,
To tell the truth there is nothing particularly relevant here, but have
a look at what I found with Google Alerts:
http://www.davidniebauer.com/rossi-energy-catalyzer-the-new-fire/
Apparently, David Niebauer, a corporate and transaction attorney
recently met with Rossi (the photo on the website appears to be genuine).
A few notable excerpts:

"Rossi told me that he would like to have a 1MW plant operating in the
United States by October of this year. He is looking for the right
partners to help him enter the market."
"According to Rossi, he will do a demonstration for NASA only if they
agree to purchase an operating plant once his device obtains the
expected efficiency. Rossi is intent on moving his Energy Catalyzer
from the testing lab into the field."

A remarkable curiosity is that he posted a comment in Rossi's blog a few
days ago. What follows is the original message. It appears to have been
deleted recently (the original link was:

Dear Dr. Rossi,
I would be very interested in licensing/purchasing E-Cat devices for a
one MW demonstration here in California, USA. What would be the next
steps in making this happen? I have been actively involved in the
cleantech/renewable energy field for a number of years and have been
watching your progress with keen interest. Please visit my website:

I look forward to speaking with you in the near future.
Best regards,
David Niebauer

As for why Rossi decided to meet him, we can only speculate. I have some
unfounded ideas though.
Cheers,
