If visible, it is no longer steam -- the H2O vapor has given up its heat of vaporization and become nano to micro droplets.
So, we have no evidence about how much steam exits directly from the Rossi device into the hose. The fact that the outflow is always 100 C indicates presence of water mist and liquid.
