Hello list,
Having read this list for a longer time I am now making my first post.
On the Passerini blog

it has been stated that Rossi has not yet transferred the 500,000 Euros
agreed upon in the R&D contract with the University of Bologna.
I wanted to ask him when this was or will be planned but he simply
ignored me and put my email address on the blog's black list...
I don't like this behaviour at all.
Being a scientist (not a physicist, though) I approached the E-Cat story
with a fair amount of skepticism and have come to the conclusion that
there at least has to be _something_. I simply don't know why Rossi
treats questions like mine in such a way - he could simply have answered
something like "I don't comment contract details".
But so - hmm :-/
