There is no official announcement that I am aware of from Rossi, but I have not checked the blogs today.
There has been circulating to potential investors what claims to be a Press Release, and which appears to have been issued by "ANDREA ROSSI AND EFA S.R.L." I have not posted this document, since it could be fraudulent; and that is why my initial message took the form of a question - not a statement of fact. The apparent rationale for the split between the two parties - if there is one- is the apparent failure of Defkalion to meet certain monetary obligations. This sounds logical, given the shape of the Greek economy. However, for that reason, one could also suspect that the "Press Release" was motivated as a threat - and was never intended to be made public. Perhaps it served the purposed of expediting funds, and that is all you will hear of it. Given Rossi's penchant for comment on every detail, however, you will probably hear something directly from him. Or - it has not been ruled out that the document (which several on Vortex have seen) could be an elaborate joke being played on Rossi-worshippers by someone who is aware of the obvious tension between the two parties. Any evidence for it?
