[Vo]:New papers on BLP website

BLP has finally updated their website for  news and papers occurring over the 
past 6 months - I thought they were gone silent but apparently only their 
web-master was remiss in providing updates. An article dated 7/21/11 on soft 
X-ray continuum looks interesting.
