To be fair, if there is only 5% vaporization, for example, there won't be such high velocity.
All the speculation and extrapolation from thin data has been made necessary -- if anyone doesn't want to simply wait -- by the lack of any solid calorimentric method, but rather by dependence upon assumptions of complete vaporization that are not confirmed. "Completele vaporization" is certainly incorrect (the temperature behavior is that of saturated steam nailed to the boiling point at the internal pressure), the question is "how much?"
