 - At any time any business facility around could have drown an abnormal
water consumption (there is a car wash nearby)
 - Municipal can stop or slow down anytime water delivery for maintenace
reasons.
 - A mischievous guy could have partially closed, for a short time,  the
main faucet of Rossi showroom to make a dirty trick to Levi :)
