Oh, I forgot to mention that the agreement with DGT would have to be negated in order to "Save the Third World." They owned the rights according to what we have read.
Not a bad choice, IMO. It would eventually propagate to US and Europe after the $2T (or more) of oil is pumped out of the ground, a prerequisite for any new energy technology to succeed. T
