Belief is not required. Evidence is required. One thing about Peace-of-Mind. Acquiring a state of Peace-of-Mind does not in itself automatically make one wise and observant of one's surroundings. It just makes one more peaceful than before, and of course that is a good thing. However, one still has to work at being observant of one's surroundings.
