I was once involved in a free energy claim. I was amazed because of
the data I was presented and it all looked real. When they attempted
scale up, things went awry. Before, I was not allowed access to the
lab, I only evaluated data. Once the investment failed, I was allowed
access to the lab by the angel investor without the presence of the
inventor.

I instructed the technicians on the tests which I wanted to perform,
which did not involve the complex test equipment. The results showed
a COP much less than unity. I presented my findings to the investor
and the result was the lab was dismantled. Endgame.

I suffered resentment from the inventor, the investors, and all the
employees; but, today we all speak still.

I was fooled by accepting the data on faith. I will not be fooled
again. (Que Rolling Stones . . .)

I have not seen the Rossi Reactor personally. I would accept the
challenge to confirm it pro bono for my time; but, someone would have
to pay my expenses. I am not rich. I do have access to engineers
from the largest US engineering firm and the second largest European
engineering firm. They represent all disciplines and will all work
pro bono, knowing the value of such a discovery to their childrens'
future.

that can change the world. Hopefully, we will know the truth within
less than a week. However, I do not believe that Rossi has thought
this out thoroughly and risks disastrous failure. I beg that this
does not happen.
