If somebody sees something unusual, this can be explained by the new high frequency device. Rossi always finds an explanation he is trained for 40 years or more.
Yes, Rossi is an amazing engineer with a lot of capabilities but it seems to me he is not (and looks like he does not want to be) sufficiently trained or experienced in the area of social-engineering skills, and do you truly believe that 40 years of training is sufficient to provide an acceptable explanation for any anomaly occurring ? Aren't you looking for conventional answers to explain a Phenomenon that in reality might be like "it is Science Jim but not as we know it" ?
