One thing to note that the contract was formulated that it explicitly
stated that heat was originated from cold fusion reaction. Therefore,
if Rossi gets money and it turns out to be hoax (either falsified
instruments for measuring input power or hidden power source which was
not discovered in October 6th), then it may be considered as a breach
for the contract and the Customer may require full monetary
compensation.

However neither this test nor the contract did not give any evidence
or requirements for long term performance.

Therefore, if this is the most elaborated hoax in history (of free
energy), certainly Rossi is doing it for the sake pleasure to fool
people.

However, it is sad that the method Rossi is doing these things, just
reeks out for a scam. Always too short demonstrations with limited
output, and because they are not independently validated by
scientists, then there is noway that it could be convincing
demonstration for the wide audience.

Ps. There is still lights in the tunnel, because the research contract
with Bologna University should start immediately.
