I agree he does act strange. That seems to be his personality. We all have our quirks.
I would love for him to do as you suggest, but he does not do things to suit either you or I. There are holes to pick in every experiment ever conducted as far as I know. We need to have a reasonable level of acceptance. Maybe that has not been reached so far.
