There is a typo: "Although deloading is chemically endothermic, in some cases they have seen the heat increased during the loading." That is supposed to be: . . . .during deloading. The point is, you expect it cool down during deloading, but it sometimes heats up instead. I think Rossi's cell did this on Oct. 6. By the way, I sent this text to George Miley and he did not point out any errors. So I guess it is okay. He said he would get back to me later in the week with more details.
