One major issue that you have left out is that Rossi, and the others you mention have performed hundreds if not thousands of tests in private. The public demonstrations are a very minor component of the data set that they have to work with. We are seriously hampered by this system, but it is the evidence that is offered to us. All of the scientists and engineers you discuss would be demented if they did not have additional backup data. We are left out of the main loop for commercial reasons. Under these ircumstances it should be possible to get very high pressures if the metall atice is magnetically, thermically or by chemical reactions distorted. o the LENR-Effects should be caused by unintentional impurities in the alladium or nickel lattice. usion does not take place in palladium or Nickel, these are only spilling aterials to transport the hydrogen or deuterium into other microscopic mpurities where the actual fusion finally happens.
