James, Here is what I have deduced from the available pictures.
1) The steam exit pipes have an outer diameter (including insulation) of 11±2 cm. 2) The outer diameter of the pipe without insulation is 6±1 cm. (There is a picture of the steam exit pipe without insulation.) 3) Your guess of a 2 m pipe length to the condensers is correct. Also, these measurements are based on a container width of 2.6 m as given in the report - corroborated by a deduced floor tile size of 30 cm. -- Berke Durak
