Incidentally, Rossi wrote in his blog that while the university can not talk about the research until it has been completed, they are free to report when they receive an E-cat. I don't know why the U can't simply do a preliminary test to see and *report* if the E-cat even works before they bother to figure out *how* it works and nobody has ever answered that adequately. Of course, I asked Rossi on his blog and he declined to acknowledge or publish the question.
