This story could be related to Rossi/Defkalion, on several levels. Not the least of which is the entanglement of IP, which could end up in court. However, if speculation is correct that the catalyst being used by both of them is potassium, even if it is potassium which has been enriched in 40K, then I suspect that most patent attorneys will agree that Randell Mills is in a priority position with Ni-H and potassium catalyst... ... which means that Rossi/Defkalion will not risk fighting each other in court, since it would play into the hands of BLP... and in fact if DGT knows this is the situation, and they seem to be getting better advice than Rossi, then that may be what has emboldened them (DGT) to proceed in the strange way they have. It gets stranger and stranger.... Maybe that is why it is called 'spooky action at a distance'.
