Sure.  But how and when?  I've been following Defkalion's forum and what
they claim is completely unsupported by the slightest facts.  And Rossi
consistently resists any independent or fastidious testing of his machines,
instead giving lame excuses about tending to customers.  I don't think
anyone will be able to buy a Rossi or Defkalion device soon-- maybe never.

And even if Rossi and Defkalions turn out to be crooks, as I strongly
suspect, it should not be the end of trying to determine the usefulness and
feasibility of cold fusion/LENR.  Although I fear if it does turn out that
way, it will be a huge set back.
