It was merely a statement as to what Nelson had previously investigated. There was no claim as to merits. It its certainly worth looking at all three presentations. My take away is that NASA has spent three to four years looking into LENR on their own. Some of the Piantelli info I've never seen revealed in the past, and it's fascinating. There appear to be photos of transmuted nickel and a real history of Ni-H successes. Even if Rossi were conning investors (who can really tell right now?), he could still be a net positive for drawing attention to a real anomaly.
