All in all, a factory doesn't sound totally out of line for the
neighborhood, and if it's just where DGT's home office is, with the
actual factory a few blocks away, then it sounds to me like a totally
reasonable location.
(And I'm not even a "believer"....)
FWIW the first company I worked at had their factory (yes, with wave
soldering equipment, a regular staff, the works) in an otherwise
residential neighborhood in Cambridge, Mass.
