As for testing a so-called megawatt plant, that's just nonsense. There is absolutely NOTHING that you can do with that, with respect to verifying the principle, that you can't do more easily and faster with a simple off the shelf old type E-cat (what I call a plumber's nightmare model) that Rossi showed almost a YEAR AGO.
