Agreed.  But the NI controls took out the human factor.  He was the
tweeker before and now it is automated.

The theoretical work was also a necessary factor.  You have to
understand the reaction to understand what makes it unstable.  If all
he says is true, he might have made a major jump over the claims of
Defkalion.
