Is "in" UL certification? Not sure I understand the phrase "in" as it's being used here. Does Rossi mean his eCats are currently being tested for UL certification? How could Rossi's eCats possibly get UL certification this soon? Good grief! Rossi claims his contraptions emit gamma radiation! >8-0 Something doesn't make sense here.
