If I had to guess, it's a shill for Rossi and it's a shill that has collected money from THEIR investors. In that case, they are possibly scammers, not scammees. But I admit there is no evidence for that. It's just curious that they gave Rossi money at a time in which he was vociferously claiming he not taken any money from any investors. It's also curious they share offices with other Rossi related concerns, IIRC. There's so much of this stuff, it's hard to keep it all straight. As to preventing investor fraud, it's probably too late for most of it. And we wouldn't have a clue who to contact. I can tell you for sure that if someone asked on a forum whether to invest in Rossi, I'd give him or her an ear full but then maybe even you would.
