I've seen this interview of JP Biberian, one of the few (only one?) scientist working on cold fusion. just a talk on the story, vulgarization of that science, analyses on science organization, consensus/suppression, funding,lobbying... no surprise, but explanation of the facts, and analyses of the causes.
anyway just a remark, he says that 21 Chinese labs are working on the domain. I remind a word of Celani talking about precise question of a Chinese girl about the powder and experimental condition, in last conference of renewable energy in Italy early January... note that he says too that Russian labs are on the domain too. there is a local CF conference "advertised" here... I says that Japanese are more tolerant with that kind of non consensual domain. he says that himself work on the domain without support nor funding, but without annoyance. about Rossi's success he says that it seems that like Edison with the electric bulb, he make many test and fin the good cooking recipe... it is not the current methodology for research, and this might explain why he found it, and not others... about MIT fraud that Eugene Malove denounced, he says that it is minor, but thet the main failure was to quickly say that it does not work, with only a few quick tries, while one should expect the recipe to be tricky... no conspiracy, but politic and funding . hope this helps.
