This one is making the rounds on most of the fringe-fizzix sites today, and has a few unique features; but appears to borrow much (with no attribution) from Don Hotson and others. I guess it stands as the most sincere form of flattery for Don - who has come as close as anyone to framing an accurate perspective.
The author apparently does not realize that Rossi's site is "peer reviewed" in name only, or else he wants to be a part of that particular peer group. Indeed, he is a good fit for the so-called JONP. Ionassis even has a version of Frank Z's "megahertz meter" quantum propagation constant - but he seems to have derived a different value, which is about 30 time lower... Jones Dear All, I am pleased to announce that my work the "The secret of the Electron-Positron pair" (1st version) has been peer reviewed and published on the Journal of Nuclear Physics: http://www.journal-of-nuclear-physics.com/ As I commented on the forum of the Journal, the first version of my work have some misconceptions and errors those are corrected on the 3nd version where can be downloaded for those who have not done it yet: http://www.ioannisxydous.gr/ Best Wishes Ioannis Xydous Electronic Engineer Switzerland (Living the last 6 years)
