As far as I know, the 1 MW reactor has not been delivered to anyone. It is still sitting there. I doubt it was purchased by the U.S. military. Maybe European military. Actually, I doubt it was purchased by anyone. I don't believe Rossi's assertions about his business. They change from week to week. He never says the same thing twice. - Jed
