In conformance with standard DOD security procedures, I speculate that the US Navy is keeping a high security wall between the military version of the E-Cat and Rossis civilian E-Cat version. However, Rossi must have gotten an indication that the Military E-Cat has achieved stable operations at high temperatures and in that knowledge Rossi has found through trial and error the proper new functional additives supporting stable operations. This new secret sauce maintains thermal stability by peeking out in its thermionic emissions at a definite fixed ceiling temperature.

Dear P.G. Sharrow:
I must thank our military Customer, we are working with them and learning.
Warm Regards,

Hergen ... My question: Will it be possible to run the household e-cat with a higher temperature, too, in order to produce electricity?
AR : No.
Hergen .. with your new achievement is it possible to increase the COP?
AR: No, for the domestic the safety issues are still prohibitive, but for the industrial applications we made a gigantic step forward.
Francseco : But then the dream to produce steam for the traction is approaching?
AR : Yes. Sterling Engine.
