We helped finance and R&D the SMOT fiasco from the very beginning... If memory serves correct, an idea he got in this forum and decided to run with. I bet I still have my magnets, steel balls, and etc in a shoebox somewhere under my workbench. I thought some of the long-tooths here would have found my post about these 'new' magnetic motors humorous. Apparently Greg has forgotten his past and seemingly has failed to miss the 100's of magnetic motor videos posted on YouTube. Wiseman is one of the good guys Greg, leave him alone. Crowd funding a prototype hardly represents a threat to your apparent empire. Here is some free capitalist advice... you wait until the patent violator actually makes some money THEN you sue them for infringement. Suing before there is anything to get is just stupid.
