I should not say that. That is flippant. These web sites are professionally presented. I cannot judge whether the information in them is merely parroting what Rossi says, or whether they verify things with statements from third parties. There are several sites involved: ECAT.com is the official site, working with Rossi. They have an order form for the reactor next to the article I linked to. Plus, they say: "ECAT.com is a domain owned and operated by Hydro Fusion. ECAT.com is designated as The Official ECAT Website by Andrea Rossi and Leonardo Corporation." e-catworld.com is independent.
