T,

Vortex search for Terry Blanton yields 7941 matches. Interesting number and interesting style. You remain anonymous even as to gender. Hats off to you for not being judgmental. If you were to design a small, cheap test LENR for the back of your garage, tell us what you would use, where to buy it and how you would initiate a 2 hour demonstration. Forget proofs, measurements, satisfying skeptics and such. Goal simply output temperature exceeds input temperature. In other words, the best bet methodology for a young student, perhaps, as you have distilled from the vast information you have sifted through over the years. Disregard all possible safety issues to begin with. That would be covered before actual construction as a separate issue.

Warm Regards,

Reliable
