I meant undue respect. Not undo.

By the way, I did not mean that a test by NASA would not sway anyone. Of
course it would. The dataset of successful cold fusion results has swayed a
lot of people already. It continues to attract ~10,000 downloads a week. I
probably know that in greater detail than anyone else, since I can watch
the traffic at LENR-CANR.org.

What I meant was that NASA will not sway the hard core opponents such as
Park and the JASONs. It will sway people who are friendly toward cold
fusion; people who are sincerely interested and open minded; and people now
sitting on the fence. There is already increased support thanks to better
results and support from KAIST and others.

The hard-core opponents will be the last to come around. They will not
believe anything until the dikes give way and tons of money starts rolling
into the field. I mean like ~$1 billion per month in R&D funding. The most
extreme opponents such as Park will probably go to their graves insisting
that it isn't real; it is all fraud and lunacy.

(I have never met the JASONs but I have heard they are strongly opposed to
cold fusion.)
