I've seen about 5 pretty good ones, and several more not quite as, over the 
years. I saw one once that had just begun to enter the upper atmosphere and 
it immediately blew apart, w/o any sound. It was obviously a fairly good 
distance out up over East Nv or farther.                                       
                                                                            
                                          At any rate while these are 
somewhat spectacular to see first-hand, they're relatively mundane compared to 
the other things going on up in space, and especially what I've seen in just 
the past few months or so.
