A Birther is simply a person who believes in the rule of law. A president should comply with the requirements of our Constitution. It is not up to you to decide which part of the Constitution is relevant or not. That would be anarchy. You say that Donkeykong's Birth Certificate has been "reasonably proven to be authentic"; then why is there still a "gag" executive order in place for his Hawaii birth records. An executive order he put in place the minute he was sworn in. If the BC he posted in public is the real BC, what's the harm in the public being able to see the vault Hawaii birth records. Why is it still hidden? Why not just allow everyone to see it, since he claims he has already posted the real BC, there should be no harm in seeing the vault BC. The best way to silence a Birther is to simply produce the original BC from Hawaii vaults. Why spend over 3 million dollars in taxpayer money to defend this original BC from the vault? You say that this is a "Constitutional Loop-hole". The reason you can say this with a straight face is because you treat the Constitution as toilet paper. Only suitable to serve your personal needs.
