I myself are starting to see a pattern here. There are again two wire conducting more than enough electricity to the device. Some intended measurement error here and some other there, and pretty soon we are talking real heat. They all follow the same pattern that can easily hide a fraud inside. It seems that the input electric wires are more important than the actual quantum reactor.
I would say that there is zero probability that Rossi has anything that is even nearing the commercial viability. And if he has, then it would make Rossi the greatest criminal in the history of Earth because he has delayed the technology so long that it has already caused the death of hundreds of millions people due to not enabling this to enter the market properly.
