It looks fairly complete -- down to the exact part numbers of some of the items. (Missing any values on the schematics, of course --- one booby trap?). I can't cut-and-paste from that pdf (I have another reader somewhere...) but he can't seem to decide if it's fission or fusion. In one paragraph he says "... the helium splits into hydrogen ..." and then in the next sentence he says "Consequently there is a minute fusion reaction in the helium consisting of the energy conversion of a single helium atom..."
