Rt.com no longer seems available on the internet. Nothing; zip. Google Russia 
Today news services and see the many URL addresses they show; all leading to 
the same network solutions website.  Went to watch the news this evening and 
got dead ends. If they were under maintenance, would they say so at their 
address?
