I do not mean the above as an indictment of Mr. Gibbs. He has done more than most to promote LENR and for that, I am grateful.
It's just that it took private inventors to make something of LENR when the DoE should have been spending huge sums of money to advance the science and make something useful. And if the DoE is actually funding Rossi for military applications, double shame on them.
