The mathematical theory is described in paragraphs [0073] - [0110] of the "DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS OF THE DISCLOSURE" (pdf page 25) 'Hydrino' is defined in [0087]. This patent application is extremely detailed - must have taken man-years.
