Nice finds, Bill!  I've occasionally had a need for software like this (for
PEAR/ICRL's internal list) and didn't find these. I think.

Citadel requires use of it's custom mail server.  Have we have a problem
with whitelist/blacklisting of the mailing list in the past?  GroupServer
uses postfix, so an external mail host/router may be possible there.
