TERRY: Good Point; 1st issue: This is all pretty much of an OPEN SECRET similar to that era during the early WW-II 1940s that after the ECLIPSE OBSERVATIONS seemed to prove 'Relativity;' then THE WHOLE WORLD SURMISED THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ATOMIC WEAPON; gee whiz and all those wild & crazy guys WE'RE RIGHT! ! ! Funny thing that . . . :) So the race was on. . . and nobody then put 'Albert' in a 'small-box' as a security risk. . . :)(nor in a 'can' neither~:^) 2nd issue is that these 'Reactor' construction personell and operations personell are the beginning of a 'brave new world' of EXOTIC ENERGY PROFESSIONALs whose 'credentials' down the road will be 'solid gold' not to mention the 'paychecks' that they will be pulling down for their services. 3rd issue: High Security installations with attendant well established protocols are NOT a new thing. We are actually quite good at it; wiki-leaks not with-standing. 4rth issue: These folks will be the VERY PERSONELL who are 'REQUIRED' to sign the infamous NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS on pain of 'bad-stuff' yadda yadda etc.; of WHICH I HAVE NEVER BEEN REQUIRED TO DO. . . and so I didn't. . .
