What causes this accelerating weakening of the structure under the onslaught of 
x-ray photon radiation is “BARRIER SUPPRESSION EMF-PLASMA helix-wave-string 
OVERCHARGE of the CLUSTER's OUTER ELECTRO-VALENT SHELLS”.
 
Different thought based on a divergent atom-electron model where ELECTRONS are 
electron-quantums within the 'onion-like' electro-valent shells surrounding the 
proton as a CASIMIR-SHELLED quantum-micro singularity.  Common axis-ingress 
'singularity-plasma' in a van-allen type configuration of the gradient 
'electron' shells hold the standard electro-valent-'electron-number 
quantum-electron(s)' per shell. . . .
 
(for instance H-hydrogen's electro valent shell would equal ONE 
QUANTUM-ELECTRON; but a 'whole-shell-circulating' via the 
proton-axial-singularity-plasma flow atom-system. 
 
Excess quantum-electro-plasma can 'flow' atom-free as helix-wave-string at 
EMFspeed-density as Photonic helix-wave-string flows at its characteristic 
speed-density.  EMF-WAVE PLASMAspeed-density HELIX-STRING tends to dynamically 
flow across the outer electro-valent shells of conductors thus also 
'stimulating' each Proton-Electron 'atom/molecule' to 
'Proton-singularity-casimir-centre-DIALATE' and thus ADD PLASMIC INGRESS BOOST 
to the 'flow' of EMF-PLASMA-WAVE-speed-density HELIX-STRING. And this 
tendency/law tends to 'readily' identify 'conductors' as CONDUCTORS.
 
An EMF-PLASMA QUANTUM-ENTANGLED EMF-HELIX-STRING 'cloud' in addition also is 
circulating dynamically about-around the ENTIRE CLUSTER provides the "BARRIER 
SUPPRESSION-'Quantum-Entanglement' but as EMF-HELIX STRING entangle-flow and 
NOT FREE solitary IONS which DON'T exist outside of EMF-HELIX-STRING 
Quantum-Electron flow.

ELECTRONS are NOT little EMF-ball 'planetlets' orbiting 'solid' protons.  And 
neurtrons ARE non-dynamic(not micro singularity) plasma-compression 
quazi-objects formed as MOLECULAR-PLASMA-COMPRESSION BUFFERS-CONNECTORs between 
atoms AS PLASMA EXCHANGING ROLLING-LINK BODIES EXCHANGING OUTER EMF-PLASMA 
between the outer electro-valent shells of atoms-within-molecules.
 
THE X-RAY QUANTUM-PHOTON helix-string(wavicle-string~:) penetrates from the 
inner-most to the outer-most molecules of the cluster more or less 
instantly/equally. 
 
Under the onslaught of x-ray photonic-string influx; 'capacitance' style, the 
outer electro-valent shells ARE INJECTED WITH the excess-plasmic-charge of 
"BARRIER SUPPRESSION EMF-PLASMA OVERCHARGE."
 
The initial arrival of x-ray photons begin the FORMATION OF PLASMA that 
instigates 'barrier-suppression' eg. OVER-CHARGES the ENTIRE 
PROTON-ELECTROVALENT singularity flow system of each atom/molecule.  This 
overcharge in turn tends to further 'dialate' the proton-singularity orafice 
allowing even FURTHER EXCESS-PLASMIC CHARGE to ingress and amp-up the 
ELECTRO-VALENT SHELL SYSTEM especially the OUTER SHELL which is amassing 
critical EMF-mass plasmic-charge like a capacitor.
 
All the atoms in the cluster become thusly OVERCHARGED more or less equally 
from the centre of the cluster out and more or less SIMULTANEOUSLY by the 
DYNAMIC PERMEATION of the X-RAY PHOTO-PLASMA-helix-WAVE-STRING until the 
ENTIRE-CLUSTER reaches CRITICAL-PLASMIC-OVERCHARGE MASS and the cluster 
explodes.
 
And thus is the coulomb barrier stabilization of the cluster overcome and the 
cluster explodes.

The initial arrival of x-ray photons begin the FORMATION OF PLASMA that is 
localized within the cluster itself.
 
The electrons initially DISLODGED by the x-ray photons orbit around the outside 
of the cluster. 
 
These electrons lower the coulomb barrier holding the electrons that remain 
orbiting the cluster’s inner atoms. These remaining electrons reside in the 
inner orbits closer in to the nuclei of their atoms. 
 
EXCESS ELECTRIC CHARGE in the gas carrying the clusters will also add to the 
suppression of the coulomb barrier further supporting cascading cluster 
ionization.
When enough electrons are removed, the cluster explodes

It has been proposed in recent conversations that expansion of gas clusters by 
x-ray pulse radiation produces the explosive force in the Papp reaction.
This potentially gainful process is well known in recent experimental physics 
and is a subject of extensive current ongoing research.
A study done on this subject show that ionization of a cluster is an 
exponential chain reaction type of process as described as follows:

The more a cluster is ionized, the easier it is for x-ray photons to further 
ionize additional electrons in that cluster.
In detail, when the ionized cluster eventually reaches an ionization limit 
where the remaining electrons cannot sustain the structural integrity of the 
cluster any longer, an explosive disintegration of the cluster and subsequent 
plasma expansion of the positive ions and electrons which once formed the 
cluster occurs.
Multi-electron ionization of molecules and clusters can be realized by 
photoionization of strong x-ray photons.
The multi-electron ionization leads to an explosive disintegration of the 
cluster together with the production of multi-charged atomic ions.

The kinetic energy of the product ions formed by this explosion is of the order 
of several or tens eV in a diatomic, hundreds of eV in small van der Waals(VDW) 
clusters,  and 100 KeV to 1 MeV in large (n > 1000) VDW clusters.

In order to take advantage of the energy produced by “barrier suppression 
ionization”, the designers of the Papp reaction must satisfy two main 
engineering goals: first, large noble gas clusters must be formulated, and two, 
copious amounts of high energy x-ray photons must be produced.
