Piantelli has no influence with the patent office either. This discussion makes no sense. You cannot walk in off the street, declare yourself a patent examiner, and influence a decision at the patent office. I suppose they might solicit an opinion from an expert, but I cannot imagine any organization asking Rossi for anything. - Jed
