If it turns out to be wrong, he has been sloppy. In Korea, McKubre and others said they thought his calorimetry was totally inadequate. To wit - Celani told a number of observers "off-the-record" that he > had witnessed a period of self-power. Did he!? I don't recall that. He told me he wanted to make it self-powered. After the conference, he tried to do that, but failed. That gave me a bad feeling.
