He is interesting and he has good points but he makes too much of them. The problem is when you do real science you realize that his points are not practical or useful. For example the constant changing with time. Look what happened with the speed of the neutrinos few months ago. In the end it was found to be a problem with one of the wires of the devices used. Chasing each anomalies one can think about is pretty wasteful use of resources and time. Also it seems that his criticism of conventional science comes from the bias he has towards his silly theory.
