I do not think it is wise to press forward quickly with something that would be so useful to terrorists. It reminds me of what Henry Kissinger said once; something like: "we did not think carefully about the ramifications of a MIRV'ed world." He regretted pushing ahead with MIRV nuclear missiles. We should not always build every weapon we are capable of building. - Jed
