Some very smart and very young researchers are working for the Martin
Fleischmann Memorial Project being confronted with an awfully difficult
problem.
It is financially painful to see they need 500 k US$ and have received
13k.
What is the essence of their problem? What are the chances of their
success? Again, the focus is
on measurement not on more intense heat excess.
