Too ambitious indeed. That would be my uneducated opinion. I'd love to be proven wrong, but right now I'd be inclined to conclude that the claim is complete and total B.S. If Mike Carrell would be so kind as to weigh in on this topic I suspect he would have something to say about how utterly ridiculous it would be to believe such batteries could be recharged in a mere 10 minutes, particularly to be able to energize a car for another 1000 Km run on the road. I could be wrong but I suspect Mike might say something to the effect that the transmission wires would likely vaporize due to too much "juice" trying to go through the fire hose to the batteries.
