I came across a posting by a Jim Phelps (May28, 5:04pm), in which he states:

 

"Experimenters have been tripping over the excess energy from hydrogen /
metal reactions since the invention of the underwater hydrogen cutting torch
findings of excess heat."

 

First I've heard this. does The Collective have any further knowledge of
this?
